Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing talent, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards across all departments.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence.
• Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food.
• Ability to lead and develop staff across departments.
