Fresh Ideas is hiring immediately for a full-time Baker at Shorter University, 315 Shorter Avenue Northwest, Rome, GA 30165. You will bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries to production specifications.

This role offers a pay range of $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, a flexible schedule, and full benefits. Prior baking experience is preferred but not required, and online applications are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the production sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment and work area.
• Assist with production records and waste tracking; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
