Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products; decorate cakes and specialty desserts.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients.
• Display products in full, well-stocked cases; ensure quality and presentation.
• Assist customers with questions, take special orders and provide friendly service.
