Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
• Execute classic French techniques with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace.
• Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and inventory levels.
• Assist with recipe development, seasonal offerings, and menu updates.
