Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, seeks a Baker I for Winter 2026-27 to assist in the presentation, display, and production of baked goods with emphasis on quality, appearance, and service.

Responsibilities include preparing items, maintaining clean displays, and delivering courteous guest service both in person and by phone. This is a seasonal position offering ski perks, housing options, health benefits, and staff meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of baking or culinary school.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry full sheet pans.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including early morning and evening shifts.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing baked goods and other items as needed, following the designated recipes and procedures.
• Display baked goods creatively and keep displays well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Present a courteous attitude to guests, going out of the way to offer assistance, on the phone or in person.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
