• Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries as per production and catering sheets; assist in planning to meet daily requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes, standards, and equipment.
• Complete production records, track waste, used/unused portions, and shortages; inform supervisor of low supplies.
• Maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Keep equipment, supplies, and work area clean and organized.
• Handle food items safely, following safety regulations during preparation and service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
• Interact with customers courteously, resolve complaints, and relay concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain efficiency during peak production and service times.
• Ensure food presentation and serving standards are met.
• Follow sanitation and safety principles, adhering to OSHA standards.
• Complete assigned shifts promptly and thoroughly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
