Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of desserts.

Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation by following established recipes.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized baking station in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong knowledge of baking techniques.

Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours as needed.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods during shifts.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
