Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Las Vegas is seeking a Baker to produce fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following established recipes and production methods to ensure quality and consistency.

You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, decorate items, and maintain a clean, organized workstation while rotating ingredients. You’ll collaborate with bakery teammates to plan daily production and provide friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate cakes and specialty desserts.
• Keep work area clean and organized; rotate and label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders; provide friendly service.
• Work in a fast-paced bakery environment with attention to quality and consistency.
