Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh bakery items, keep cases stocked, and deliver a great guest experience. You will work as part of a team that values hard work, collaboration, and attention to detail.

No prior baking experience is required, but it is a plus. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs while contributing to a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items according to Perkins standards and specifications with consistency and care.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases using effective merchandising techniques.
• Support the team by assisting with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house and bakery environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
