JDK Management Company is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh baked goods, keep display cases stocked, and create a memorable guest experience. You’ll contribute to a team that values hard work, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Prior baking experience is a plus, but not required. This role emphasizes teamwork, safe food handling, and consistency in quality as you help maintain a welcoming bakery environment for guests.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare bakery items according to Perkins standards with consistency and care.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases.
• Support the team by assisting with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house and bakery environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
