Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Baker responsible for preparing fresh baked goods and keeping bakery cases stocked while delivering a welcoming guest experience in our Pennsylvania location. You’ll take pride in your craft and work as part of a team that values hard work, collaboration, and quality.

No experience is required, though baking background is a plus. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods,

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; prior baking experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items according to Perkins standards with consistency and care.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases.
• Assist with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house and bakery environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
