Job summary

Eileen’s Cookies - Council Bluffs is seeking a dependable Baker / Dough Maker to start early shifts and help bake and prepare cookie dough for daily orders.

You will follow recipes, bake cookies, and maintain a clean station while working closely with the bakery team to ensure a smooth day. Weekend availability and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Early daytime hours; weekend availability required.
• Dependable and ready to work.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery.
• Bakery experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare cookie dough.

EARLY DAYTIME HOURS

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER

WEEKEND / SATURDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED (closed Sundays)

You’ll be one of the people behind the scenes making the magic happen—mixing our cookie dough, baking fresh cookies and helping us get ready for another busy day of making customers happy!

What You’ll Do:

• Mix and prepare cookie dough
• Bake fresh cookies throughout your shift
• Follow recipes and production schedules
• Help prepare products for the day's orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work together with the rest of our bakery team
