Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Decorate 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking.
• Work as a team and follow directions to deliver outstanding service.
• Cross-train in each department: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standard and complete designated tasks perfectly.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Knowledge of Health Department regulations; ServSafe certification required.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 18.

Physical Requirements

This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The employee will be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers. The job may involve nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.
