85C Bakery Cafe is seeking Associates for back-of-house roles at the Del Amo Torrance location. The team member will decorate baked goods, keep the workspace clean, and handle daily baking tasks. Weekend availability is required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher is required.
• Experience in fast food or retail is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure breads meet 85°C standards and complete tasks accurately.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar departments.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
