Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Assists with the completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions and shortages; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area.
• Handles foods items safely and in compliance with safety regulations during preparation and service.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Performs shift work as assigned and completes duties in a timely and thorough manner.
