Responsibilities
  • Prepping, preparing, and executing menu items to specification under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
  • Producing high-quality baked goods, including pastries and bread, for outlets and events.
  • Training new associates and interns on the breakfast station.
  • Maintaining station pars, forecasting product needs for large events, and ensuring all equipment is ready for service.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, following sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Inspecting all food products for quality, appearance, and presentation.
  • Proper storage of all food items to maintain freshness.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Extensive baking experience and ability.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency with kitchen equipment and safety handling.
  • Visual acuity for quality control.
  • Demonstrated culinary techniques and safety practices.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a high-end restaurant or equivalent education.
  • Positive personality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements

Walking, standing, and occasional environmental exposures are required. Ability to transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly.
