Position: Baker
The Baker is responsible for prepping, preparing, and executing all menu items to specification, following the directions of the Executive Chef daily. All positions may perform additional duties based on business needs outside of normal duties.
Walking and standing throughout the day; may vary. Occasional exposure to cold, heat, and water. Ability to transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly.
