This position requires versatility and ability to help customers in the front when needed, including operating the POS system, preparing orders and providing excellent customer service.
Summary/Objective:
The Dough Mixer is responsible for working on the dough production team to produce cookie dough. This position will follow strict standards, maintain clean working stations, and occasionally supporting in the front with customers when needed. This position is versatile and may require operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and providing excellent customer service.
Salary Grade:
$18 - $20 per hour + tips

Work Environment:
Indoor commercial kitchen, subjected to heat from ovens and cold from refrigerators. Front desk may require interaction with customers and operation of computer systems.
Physical Demands:
This role involves long periods of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The position also requires manual dexterity to operate kitchen tools and POS systems.
