The Baker position is responsible for providing high-quality baked products for our guests, while ensuring a CLEAN, FAST, and FRIENDLY café environment. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure exceptional product quality by following recipes and understanding prep procedures.
• Bake and decorate baked goods according to Edible Estates and The Porch Bakery standards.
• Understand proper use of all equipment: ovens, mixers, sheeters, scales, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Maintain a clean production area.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, work areas, containers, and utensils.
• Be quick, accurate, and organized.
• Perform other duties as directed by a manager.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior baking experience, especially in a customer service-focused role, preferred.
• Creative with attention to design details.
• Ambitious and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
