Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe (Chinatown) in Chicago is seeking a Baker Associate to join our team. You will assist in producing high-quality baked goods, adhere to recipes and quality standards, and ensure customers receive friendly service.

This full-time position requires long periods of standing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Training will be conducted at the Niles location before transfer.

Qualifications

• MUST BE AT LEAST 18+YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY as a baker
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
