Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Chicago's Chinatown is seeking a friendly Storefront/Barista Associate to warmly greet customers, process orders at the POS, and help with fresh breads and drinks. You will contribute to a bright, welcoming store atmosphere and demonstrate reliable customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires good English, teamwork, and the ability to work 24–37 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays. Training will be at the Chinatown location.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or higher required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and positive attitude; English communication required.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certified.
• Availability to work 24-37 hours a week; weekends/holidays.
