Job summary

SJJK Investments Ltd. O/A Tim Hortons in Terrace, BC, is seeking a Baker for a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week). Start as soon as possible. Education required: High School; Experience: 1 year or more.

You will prepare breads, muffins and cookies, decorate with frostings, supervise back-of-house staff, oversee operations, follow Tim Hortons standards, complete logs, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness, and may hire/train staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year baking experience.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced bakery environment.

• Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.
• Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
• Schedule and supervise back of house staff.
• Oversee back of house operations.
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.
• Complete all logs as per standards.
• Monitor fridge/freezer product inventory and submit order quantities.
• Support a clean environment through regular clean up.
• May hire and train baking staff.
