Job summary

KMJE Investments Ltd O/A Tim Hortons in Kitimat, BC is hiring a Baker for a permanent, full-time role. Start date as soon as possible. Salary is CAD 20.25 per hour for 35 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of baking experience, good English communication, and the ability to schedule and supervise back-of-house staff while maintaining Tim Hortons standards and a clean, organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year baking experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced bakery/food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.
• Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
• Schedule and supervise back of house staff.
• Oversee back of house operations.
• Follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.
• Completes all logs as per standards.
• Monitors fridge/ freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.
• Supports a clean environment through regular clean up.
• May hire and train baking staff.
