Job summary

EJJ Investments Ltd O/A Tim Hortons in Powell River is seeking a Baker to produce breads, muffins, and other baked goods while maintaining Tim Hortons standards.

You will schedule and supervise back of house staff, monitor inventory, and contribute to a clean environment. A High School diploma and 1+ year baking experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• At least 1 year baking experience or more.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.
• Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
• Schedule and supervise back of house staff.
• Oversee back of house operations.
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.
• Complete all logs as per standards.
• Monitor fridge/freezer product inventory and submit order quantities.
• Support a clean environment through regular cleanup.
• May hire and train baking staff.
