What You Will Do:
The Brass Bell Baker is responsible for preparing yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other freshly baked products.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and other baked items.
- Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
- Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
- Ensure all bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
- Maintain quality by following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
- Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
- Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide and Daily Menu.
- Be friendly and courteous to guests and assist them with baked goods.
- Follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
- Maintain Cleanliness, Service, and Quality (CSQ) standards and perform CSQ evaluations.
- Follow local health department laws.
- Work involves standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
- The work environment includes temperature extremes and equipment such as roll cutters and mixers.
