The restaurant group of award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a Bread Baker with at least one year of experience for our commissary kitchen located in NYC. The commissary prepares all bread for Epicerie Boulud and all 8 of our NY concepts.
Responsibilities include:
Candidates must have a passion for bread baking, strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, the ability to take direction, lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule for early morning or overnight shifts.
