The Baker prepares a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and desserts, to support daily restaurant operations. This role involves following recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards. Bakers will need to be available to work early hours to meet operational timelines.
Prepare and bake bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules.
Measure, mix, and scale ingredients with accuracy and consistency.
Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely.
Monitor product quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and prep areas.
Store ingredients properly and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods.
At least one (1) year of related kitchen service experience required.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a kitchen environment including heat and steam.
Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
