Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) in Nashville, TN and surrounding locations is seeking a part-time Baker to support daily bakery operations. You will bake breads, pastries and desserts according to recipes, measure and mix ingredients, and operate baking equipment.

The role requires early shifts, consistent quality, and strict adherence to food safety standards. You’ll collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods.

Qualifications

This role involves following recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards.
