Jimmy John's is seeking a friendly Baker to craft high-quality breads and pastries daily. You will bake according to recipes, ensure consistent quality, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced team, and available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a supportive staff environment.

Qualifications

• Previous baking experience is not required but helpful; training will be provided.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for early morning shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and visual appeal of all items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in baking area and follow food safety regulations.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels to ensure smooth production.
