Job summary

Bakers are responsible for baking pastries to fill up the sweet bread and pastry display cases while ensur ing they’re always fresh for customers. They provid e a wide variety of bread for customers as well as bak e cakes for the cake decorating department. Bakers also help in creating new recipes for pastries/bread for special occasions, holidays, or when needed.

Requirements

• Previousexperiencebaking in a professional environment
• Have experience with general bakingsupplies (portioning, measuring, weighing, etc.)
• Know how to workwith basic technology if needed (computers, tablets, email, applications, etc.)
• Food Workers Card
• Have reliable commute to work
• Physical: must be able to standand move around during the day,liftand carryup to 30lbs
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, especially around holidays and weekends
• Know how toproperly useandmaintainbakery ovens and machineryor willingness to learn
