No late-night plating, four-day work week, one weekend day off.
Location: Hoosier Mama Pie Company, West Town (1618 W Chicago Ave, 60622).
Requirements include: One year of kitchen experience, ability to work cleanly and efficiently, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities include: Making pastry creams and curds, rolling pie doughs, assembling pies, prepping fruit, finishing pies, making muffins and scones, and maintaining standards.
Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts per week, including one weekend day and one early morning shift.
