Job Summary:
Masuda's Cafe, a Halal brunch café in Amherst, MA, serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch with a South Asian fusion, is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing baked goods from scratch, a strong understanding of baking techniques, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake pastries, breads, muffins, and specialty desserts according to cafe recipes.
• Follow daily production schedules to ensure timely preparation of baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure baked goods meet quality standards in presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate preparation and service times.
• Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in developing and testing new menu items.

Qualifications:
