Responsibilities

• Work the 2nd shift starting between 2:00PM and 4:00PM
• Oversee the production of baked goods following Panera Bread and PR Restaurants standards
• Support the company's mission, values, and purpose
• Collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols
• Complete nightly baking tasks efficiently and with integrity, adhering to the baker timeline
• Follow Panera baking specifications to meet the 'Gold Standard'
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with other café operations as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of baking experience preferred
• Overnight baking experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
