Job summary

BioZyme Incorporated in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Concetti Bagging Coordinator to oversee the packaging line from bagging to side print. You will operate the bagging machine, ensure quality, labeling, and safety, and coordinate with the production team to meet schedules.

The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing, ability to lift 50 lb, forklift certification, and proficiency with MS Office. Evening shifts and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the manufacturing of premixes in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Able to work off hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Able to wear PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, face shield, respirator, and steel-toe boots as required by job.
• Ability to pass a written and driving forklift exam.
• Physically able to lift and move 50 lb regularly.
• Experience managing projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the production team to meet the production plan and schedule.
• Balance quality, productivity, and safety to achieve results.
• Operate the Concetti bagging machine from bag feed to side print.
• Perform changeovers and monitor printing quality.
• Submit supply chain logs for safety, mechanical, or production issues.
• Assist in facility maintenance and daily checks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow daily checklists.
