Responsibilities

• Greet guests, thank them, offer bag choices and assist as needed.
• Bag orders carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist guests to vehicles and provide help with bags.
• Perform price checks and relay issues to supervisor.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot and maintain cleanliness of front end, restrooms, lobby, and parking areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Actively communicates with every guests including greeting, thanking, offering a choice of bag type, and performing any other courtesy guideline.
• Properly bags guests orders to ensure purchases are not damaged.
• Works well with all hosts and supervisors.
• Places guests purchases in grocery cart or hands bags to the customer and sincerely offers assistance to the guests vehicle.
• Performs price checks.
• Relay guests problems to supervisor.
• Retrieves carts from parking lot.
• Cleans front end, break room, rest rooms, lobby, parking lot, etc.
• Cleans garbage and debris from carts and baskets.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guests orders into cars.
• Effective communication and guests service skills.
