IGA Market in North Carolina is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate. You will greet guests, bag groceries, push carts, and assist customers at checkout and in the parking lot, providing friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, thank them, offer bag type, and follow courtesy guidelines.
• Bag groceries to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with hosts and supervisors.
• Assist guests to their vehicle with purchases.
• Conduct price checks.
• Relay guest problems to supervisor.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot.
• Clean front end, break room, restrooms, lobby, and parking lot.
• Clean garbage and debris from carts and baskets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Actively communicates with every guests including greeting, thanking, offering a choice of bag type, and performing any other courtesy guideline.
• Properly bags guest orders to ensure purchases are not damaged.
• Works well with all hosts and supervisors.
• Places guests purchases in grocery cart or hands bags to the guests and sincerely offers assistance to the guests vehicle.
• Performs price checks.
• Relay guests problems to supervisor.
• Retrieves carts from parking lot.
• Cleans front end, break room, rest rooms, lobby, parking lot, etc.
• Cleans garbage and debris from carts and baskets.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
