Job summary

Graymont Limited in Eden, Wisconsin, seeks a Bagger for the hydrated lime operation on the 2nd shift (3 PM–1 AM, Mon–Thu with possible Friday overtime). The role supports a two-person team producing bags and assisting in bulk and mortar lime production.

Candidates must meet safety rules, be physically fit to lift 75 lbs, and be willing to work in varied environments with lime dust. Forklift/industrial experience is a plus; strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work shifts.
• Ability to read and write English to interpret manuals and paperwork.
• Experience in industrial environments preferred.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules and standard practices.
• Operate bagging equipment safely.
• Operate automatic palletizer safely.
• Operate forklift truck safely.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and customers.
• Detect and respond to safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.
• Lift, carry, push, or move at least 75 lbs.
• Assist in manual labor and plant tasks as needed.
• Work in environments with lime/limestone dust; PPE provided.
