Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Bagger Operator to join a Wisconsin manufacturing team. The role focuses on safe operation of packaging equipment, quality checks, documentation, and timely production output in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up and monitor machines, troubleshoot routine issues, and collaborate with supervisors and quality control to ensure high standards are met. This is a night shift with full-time hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion; must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.

Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Bagger Operator to join their team. As a Bagger Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bagger Operator

Pay Range: $26.54

Shift: 2-2-3 (Night) 5:45pm-6am
