Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a production associate to support bag machine setup and line operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will load materials, adjust equipment, and ensure the line runs smoothly to meet daily production targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality, maintaining accurate inventory records, and completing required documentation. The role involves adherence to safety standards and effective teamwork on multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Self-motivated, reliable attendance, and proactive attitude.

• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs routine maintenance to keep machinery operating efficiently.

06:00am to 02:00pm; 02:00pm to 10:00pm: 10:00pm to 06:00am and 24/7 Shifts 06:00am to 06:00pm and 06:00pm to 06:00am include every other weekend.

What You’ll Do

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
