Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator - Bagger (2nd shift) for a client manufacturer in Wisconsin. You will safely set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines, inspect for defects, and troubleshoot routine equipment issues to keep production moving.

This role requires a safety‑focused mindset, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is 12 hours, 2-2-3 schedule, 5:45pm–6:00am, with a pay rate of $26.54 per hour and opportunities for training in GMP and food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing as a machine operator or similar.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various machines and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk/kneel/reach/climb/pull/bend.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, and monitor machines to optimize output.
• Check for defects or malfunctions that could impact quality.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment problems to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, maintain a hazard-free area.
• Maintain records, report issues, and communicate with supervisors and operators.
