Agropur is seeking a Bagger to properly package, seal and stack product, following CIP on drying systems and assisting in the mixing process as needed. The role involves operating 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes, with heavy lifting and strict adherence to SOPs and safety policies.
Starting pay is $21.94/hour with two potential raises within a year, and a 7 PM–7 AM schedule (2-2-3). Generous benefits, 401(k) with company contributions, PTO from day one, and tuition reimbursement are included.
RegularThe Bagger is responsible for properly packaging, sealing and stacking product according to customer specifications and adhering to safety, quality and production policies and requirements. The Bagger understands the procedures and duties to be completed during a full CIP on both Drying systems. This position has a basic knowledge of the mixing process, assisting and taking direction from Mixers during certain production runs as needed.
