Job Title: Bagger (Part Time)

Reports To: Guest Service Department Manager

We’re seeking Baggers to provide outstanding service in a friendly, guest-focused environment. Your role will be vital in ensuring customers leave satisfied and eager to return.

Providing excellent guest service—through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns—is core to our mission. Your helpful attitude will make a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming checkout experience.
  • Bagging Groceries: Bag items efficiently, maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Checkout Area Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean and stocked.
  • Communication: Share guest requests and feedback with leadership.
  • Parcel Pickup: Provide courteous parcel pick-up service.
  • Support Team Goals: Help meet daily standards by 10 am and 5 pm.
  • Teamwork: Perform additional duties as needed.
  • Attendance: Maintain regular, timely attendance with proper notice for absences.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The physical requirements include standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in all weather conditions, is necessary.

Work Schedule: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on individual availability.
