Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs authorities.

Responsibilities

• Accept baggage claims from customers and process baggage claims in the system.
• Prepare baggage delivery orders for pickup and delivery of bags.
• Conduct inventory of left-over bags.
• Review forward and on-hand messages to identify bag matches.
• Assist customers in the arrival halls.
• Prepare daily, monthly, annual reports as necessary.
• Review Station's baggage performance goals and take actions to meet them.
• Complete work safely following company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards per policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
