Prospect Airport Services is seeking individuals to join our team in Austin, TX to handle passenger baggage and resolve related concerns. The role offers daily earned wage access and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees who work 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include assisting with baggage pickup, sorting, tagging, and coordinating with TSA, while adhering to safety procedures and performing related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with baggage pickup, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities.
