Harri in New York invites a Bagel Sous to support shop leaders in a scratch-based kitchen, mastering bagel stations and training teammates. This hourly position offers growth and hands-on leadership in pre-shifts, shift management, and day-to-day kitchen operations.

You will delegate tasks, manage prep, help maintain health standards, and ensure order accuracy for walk-in, takeout, and delivery. Competitive pay $20-30/hour, with tips where applicable, and opportunities for growth in a team

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment.
• Food Safety Certification is required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités
