Job summary

Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Bag Room Operator 1 to support the Flaking department. This role reports to the Flaking Supervisor and ensures continuous, safe operation to meet production goals. Expect 12-hour rotating shifts, forklift tasks, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.

You will handle supersacks, perform necessary equipment changes, and document all activities while contributing to 5S and continuous improvement efforts. Training aligns with company programs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent within designated time after hire.
• Forklift experience: 1 year of stand-up forklift required.
• Work history: 1 year of continuous work history required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and equipment to support bagging and warehouse tasks.
• Transport supersacks into storage and process materials as needed.
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Document procedures and maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and follow all policies.
