Job summary

Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Night/C Shift Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator. You will operate a stand-up forklift, move supersacks, and support flaking operations to meet production goals while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a 12-hour shift with a 2-2-3 rotation, including every other weekend, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and safety standards. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (2+ preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent within designated time after hire.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• 1 year of continuous work history with a company required; 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and transport supersacks into warehouse storage.
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Follow all procedures and properly document manufactured product.
• Maintain 5S standards and perform autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, tightening).
• Perform basic computer tasks and transfer inventory via electronic scanning and paperwork.
• Support continuous improvement activities and adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies.
