Job summary

Linde plc is hiring to operate a cryogenic air separation plant in an industrial setting in Canton, Ohio. You will monitor process performance, adjust parameters, and ensure safety and reliability of plant operations.

The role requires proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, familiarity with control platforms, and ability to interpret engineering drawings. Strong communication and equipment handling skills are essential for safe, efficient teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with a strong safety focus.
• Proficiency with mechanical/electrical systems and industrial instrumentation.
• Familiarity with control systems and human-machine interfaces (Wonderware, Rockwell, Siemens).
• Ability to read and revise P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication of technical information to enable safe, coordinated teamwork.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook for documentation and reporting.

• You shall perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairsthat uphold plant safety and equipment integrity
• In this role you will monitor process performance and adjust operationalparameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency
• You are expected to adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety workpolicies while reporting all incidents promptly
• In addition you should collect and interpret trends in equipment andprocess condition data to strengthen proactive maintenance decisions
• Additionally oversee contractors performing routine and non‑routine work toensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Furthermore execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and recommend improvementsthat enhance process availability and overall reliability

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $53,625 - $78,650
