Kraft Heinz in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Bag Cook for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 9:30pm-6:00am). You will support a 200-person, non-union plant producing frozen soups and macaroni & cheese, handling ingredients, kettles, and packaging lines to ensure quality and safety.

We seek detail-oriented team players who can lift up to 50 lbs, follow food safety procedures, and work well under pressure. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Check viscosity of soup.
• Wash and sanitize kettles after every formula to ensure a clean surface for the next product run.
• Process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department.
• Fill out paperwork / IQS entries and inspections.
• Load ingredients into kettle.
• Take samples to QARetrieve/Return containers from prep/blanch.
• Quality checks on product weights and HAACP procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
