Job summary

Kraft Heinz Cedar Rapids is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to keep production equipment in top condition. You will service mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, supporting quality and safety programs, and contributing to QRMP audits. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential for success in our 3-shift, non-union facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Industrial maintenance experience with production equipment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work safely and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and services production equipment to keep in good working order.
• Technical knowledge to operate, service, and repair all production equipment.
• Proficient at troubleshooting and adjusting production operating equipment.
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aspects on equipment.
• Maintain a safe working environment to comply with safety and Food Safety standards.
• Participate in QRMP audits and assist in procedures and corrective actions.
• Accountable for QRMP system and operational standards as outlined in factory lists.
